11/2/2010 LANDGATE ON THE HORIZON
Park Rangers v Landgate Youth
Park Rangers will be without Adam Jones for a third successive week and possibly Liam Rees as both continue to recover from injury ahead of the biggest game of the season so far. Park Rangers pipped Landgate to the title last season and have already opened up a 3 point gap over Landgate who lost 4-3 to Brocstedes two weeks ago, whilst Park Rangers have a 100% record this season. Park Rangers also currently have the best defence in the league, conceding just 6, whilst having the joint best goals scored, with 25. The team list is as follows:
1. Andy Dickson
5. Tom Lyons
8. Scott Robinson
9. Martin Egerton
10. Dave Rogerson
14. Callum Bannister
Doubtful: Liam Rees (can never be relied on)
Unavailable: Adam Jones ( Liam Rees' talent (never existed).
7/2/2010 4 WINS FROM 4 AS SKEM ARE TROUNCED
Park Rangers 8-1 Skem Reserves
Park Rangers made it 4 wins out of 4 for the season to stay top of the league after a 8-1 thrashing of second placed Skem Reserves. With Liam Rees and Adam Jones still injured, PRFC looked thin on the ground and had to prove their strength in depth. They took the lead early on through Martin Egerton, before Skem quickly equalised. Scott Robinson then put PRFC back into the lead just 10 seconds later. PRFC then went into full throttle, with Tom Lyons capitalising on and advantage ruling to go one-on-one with the keeper and slot home Park Rangers' third. From then they never looked like stopping, with Dave Rogerson getting on the scoresheet, and Scott Robinson, Martin Egerton and Tom Lyons adding another goal to their tallies respectively before Tom Lyons wrapped the game up from a through ball by Martin Egerton to seal only his second hat-trick for the club.
Park Rangers now go into next weeks game with Landgate with full momentum, hoping to find revenge over their rivals after their 4-1 defeat last season, despite the fact that Park Rangers went on to become champions after Landgates comical slip ups against Real Betis Hotpot and Mandel Rovers.

30/1/2010- PRFC GO TOP
Park Rangers 6-1 Real Betis Hotpot
Park Rangers took a 2 point lead at the top of the table after thrashing Real Betis Hotpot 6-1, in a game which saw former player Luke Rogerson return after being kidnapped by pirates in Somalia. PRFC controlled the game from start to finish, scoring from the first chance from Dave Rogerson after a superb passing movement. Martin Egerton seemed to quash any rumours of a long term knee injury, once again getting on the scoresheet with two. Scott Robinson bagged himself two while Tom Lyons got his tally off to a start for the season with a suprise goal. Park Rangers go into next weeks game against Skem reserves knowing that a win will put them 5 points clear of their nearest rivals this season, who currently lie in second place on goal difference.

28/1/2010- NO HOT POT FOR TEA FOR AJ
Park Rangers v Real Betis Hot Pot
Park Rangers face a lowly Real Betis Hot Pot side on Friday, with a slight injury crisis on their hands. Adam Jones, who is currently recovering from surgery, will be out for around a month, whilst Liam Rees is the less said the better. Martin Egerton has still been complaining about a niggling knee injury despite his talks of a move away from football into the Motor sport industry have been put on hold. However Egerton will still play on Friday to the relief of manager 'Big' Ron Atkinson. The last time the two sides met, PRFC trounced Hot Pot 7-1 in the midst of their ore inspiring run of form, conceding 3 goals in 7 games and keeping 5 clean sheets, scoring 47 to boot. All of which is credited to the japanese sniper for injuring Liam Rees, who was unable to fall over and give the opposition easy chances. The full squad list is as follows:
1. Andy Dickson
5. Tom Lyons
8. Scott Robinson
9. Martin Egerton
10. Dave Rogerson
14. Callum Bannister

Adam Jones signed off with a goal before spending between 2 weeks to a month out for a testicular operation. Martin Egerton complained of his knee injury again, coming off with 10 minutes remaing, but that didnt stop him from scoring a brace of goals.
